Citizen Charter

01. Vision: 

To create an efficient, up-to-date and people-friendly upazila administration with the aim of delivering civic services to the doorsteps of the people.

02. Mission: 

To ensure transparency and accountability in Porsha Upazila administration by informing the people in detail about their desired services.

03. Purpose: 

(1) Disclosure of when, how and in what time period the people will get any service.

(2) Disclosure of detailed information on how much the service will cost and what information/documents will be required to receive the service.

(3) To establish a corruption-free administration by disclosing where and at what cost the necessary documents for receiving services can be obtained.

(4) Facilitating access to government services for the people and improving the quality of services.

(5) To inform the people of the rights they are entitled to so that they can claim those rights.

(6) Improving the behavior of office staff and developing a culture of courtesy through various initiatives including capacity building.

(7) To try to earn the trust of the public by providing the right service at the right time.
